In order to reserve the date for your event we require 50% of the total balance along with a signed contract. We accept checks, credit cards or cash. If you choose to pay with a credit card please let us know.

How soon do I need to book my event?
The earlier you book the better. Certain dates seem to book faster than others. We do accommodate most last minute requests.

Am I allowed to pick up my linens from you?
Yes, you may pick up your linens which you can do 1 business day prior to your event.
Linen Sizing and Set up

What do you need to know regarding the chair style?
There are two main chair styles, folding and banquet. The folding chairs are either metal, plastic, or wood. The sizes vary from chair to chair. Banquet chairs usually have a round back and are upholstered. Again, the sizes vary from chair to chair. If possible send a picture or ask the coordinator for dimensions to insure a proper fit. We fit most chairs available.

My tables are round and seat 8-10, what size tables are those?
Most round tables that seat 8 people comfortably are 60" in diameter. For those tables we most often use a floor length table cloth which is 120".
Most round tables that seat at least 10 people are usually 72" in diameter. For those tables we most often use a floor length table cloth which is 132".

Do you offer delivery, set up and pick up?
Yes, we offer delivery, set up and pick up. You may choose to have us deliver and you set up, or we can deliver and set up. Please contact us for details on all delivery and set up charges since it varies depending on location.

Are the sashes/bows already tied?
No, our sashes/bows are not tied which is why we offer set up at a very reasonable price.
Choosing your linens

Do you offer samples of your linens?
Yes, swatches are available upon request. Please provide your mailing address on the contact form and we can mail swatches to you to help choose your colors and material.

Do I need to make an appointment to view your linens?
Yes, appointments are preferred. Feel free to call and set up an appointment as we are very flexible about arranging meetings. We can meet in the evenings if you work all day and are unavailable. Our showroom offers the ability to look at linens on chairs and tables.

What happens if linens are damaged or lost?
You are responsible for all the linens in your possession. If we are unable to reverse or repair the damaged linen or have to excessively clean the linen you will be charged 3 times the rental fee for the specific linen damaged. If the linen(s) are lost the same damage fee also applies. We do our best to keep our linens looking their best.
